Hi im 22 and have a sharp pain in the middle of my chest between breasts..hurts when i breathe in and out but no shortness of breath?

Probly not serious: But, could be a musculoskeletal, pulmonary, or related to the membrane that covers the heart, or nothing. Can't pursue it further in this limited space. Ur doctor by asking more questions, examining u and doing some rather simple tests should be able to arrive at a diagnosis. Good luck.
