Acne comes mostly: from hormonal changes in the body, not diet. As you go through teenage and young adult years, your body has various hormonal changes, which can lead to times of increased acne. Certainly good hygiene and healthy eating also have some role, but it's mostly hormones. I would recommend that you see your doctor or a dermatologist. They should be able to help you.
