PCOS?: The symptoms for thyroid disease are non-specific, and common in the general population. So there are many people who have symptoms that sound like low thyroid, but have normal thyroid function. Your symptoms are consistent with polycystic ovarian syndrome/ Insulin resistance. I would have someone look into that possibility.
