Will a stye eventually pop like a pimple? and if so, is it safe to gently squeeze the build up out? some say it can spread infecton... thanks

Sty = pocket of infe: Unlikely to spread, but squeezing isn't recommended either. Press a warm wet washcloth to the area for several minutes at a time to help bring it to a head and drain itself. It might take a few days. Try not to traumatize the skin around your eyes.
