My mpv is 7.0 and i've had petechia (spelling?) off and on along with night sweats and low energy...i've expressed this to my dr with little response

Need more info: An MPV at the low end of normal is nothing to be concerned about. Have you lost weight? Do you get fever? If no to both, you are unlikely to have anything serious. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
