My daughter's 10th day of abx for bronchopneumonia. breathing, eating well, no fever, but still w/low energy and sweats. how can she feel this way?

Probably viral: What is her age? If she has no underlying condition (cf, bpd, asthma, immunodeficiency), then she is probably recovering from a viral pneumonia. This can take quite a while. Stay in touch with her pediatrician for follow up. Low energy and sweats could be residual convalescent symptoms.
