Several things...: Are possible. What comes to mind is pneumonia, mono, bronchitis, tuberculosis, cancer (lung, lymphoma among others). Please get this checked out!

Possibilities...: Depending on whether you have a fever or not, this could be the flu, common cold, bronchitis or even pneumonia. You would need to be checked by your doctor for definitive diagnosis and treatment. If your symptoms worsen or you get short of breath, you should go to an er. You may need some tests to find out precisely what is wrong. Good luck.
