Unlikely: It is very unlikely that you have breast cancer, however, it is not feasible to say what it is without examining the lesion. If the lesion does not go away in a week, or gets bigger, or if it bleeds or develops a discharge, or you get fever, it would be prudent to see your doctor or go to a hospital emergency room.
