Can increase dose: when used as part of multi-modal pain medicine regimen, baclofen is pretty effective. max dose is usually 80mg. day. if it is helping you, i would recommend talking to your doctor and asking for safely increasing the dose. it may cause sedation and in renal disease the effect of medication is increased - so exercise caution
