Degeneration: Spondylosis is a word to describe the degeneration or aging that occurs in everyone if they live long enough. Tissues thicken; bone spurs form, ;disks narrow, bulge, lose water. When this narrow space around nerves, sometimes the nerves are irritated, causing leg pain, numbness, weakness.
