Vomiting : Many causes for vomiting , including 1-gastroenteritis 2- gall bladder disease 3- pregnancy4- side effect of medication5- migraine headaches-6- intracranial pathology like brain tumors. In your age, if you have been sexually active, rule out pregnancy by having urine pregnancy test. If negative, most likely viral gastroenteritis. If symptoms persist or continue to recur, need work up
