Epidural bloodpatch?: I am assuming you are talking about an epidural blood patch for treatment of spinal headache. Usually they do not provide sedation for the procedure as it is done bedside and you need to be sitting up. Depending on your anesthesiologist, they may give you some sedation. If you truly do not need the epidural blood patch - do not get it, spinal headache can also be managed with conservative means GL
