maybe: Maybe it is time to consider visiting an er for treatment. I see corticosteroids in your list of meds, not sure your dr discussed, prescribe / suggested beta2 agonists (like albuterol /salbutamol; standard in the us and many countries for acute episodes). If it is severe enough, and acute, not treating it as soon as possible (and as intensively) will unnecessarily make you feel bad.Get better soon.
