COMFORT MEASURES: Your 2 year old threw up and is less active, does she have fever or diarrhea / if no other symptoms allow her a few days on soft diet with fluids. If symptoms persist she will need to be checked by he doctor. Take care

Virus infection: probably a virus infection if she is vomiting start her on clear liquids mostly with electrolytes-like pedialyte if she is still vomiting she needs to be seen so she is not getting dehydrated
