Back pain is common: Back pain is a very common problem. Exercises to help strengthen the muscles that support your spine are frequently helpful. You can do theses in bed, before you go to bed, and after you wake up in the morning. These few minutes of exercise may help relieve your aching, and help you avoid medication. Sometimes getting a firmer mattress is helpful, but i'd try the exercises first.
