Is she congested?: Sometimes when mucous is swallowed, it can pass through and into the stool. There are different tests done by "culturing," so speak to her doctor and make sure she was tested for parasites and different bacteria, as indicated by her symptoms. There are other gastrointestinal issue that can cause this, so if it continues, you should follow up with her doctor or a pediatric gastroenterologist.
