BuSpar (buspirone): It generally takes about 4 weeks for patients to start noticing a difference with BuSpar (buspirone) ... However, to be honest, this is more of an average than it is a rule of thumb (sometimes it's 2 weeks, sometimes 6). Hope that helps!
