Are there add on medications to make zoloft work. someone told me buspar (buspirone)?

Stop,asking friends, who mean well, but are not privy to why this drug was chosen, or,the goals,of,therapy. That said, several agents may improve overall effects including raising the dose, adding other agents, or changing the base drug.
