Unlikely: Am not aware that any antipsychotic med causes incontinence. Your blood sugar is elevated, so best to see your pcp as diabetes symptoms may be a factor for incontinence. You take Invega, (paliperidone) which can increase blood sugar, so discuss being on lowest dose possible or alternate med with prescribing doctor or psychiatrist. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
