That I couldn't say;: perhaps another HT doctor can. I would be more concerned about why your daughter has recurrent UTI's, whether she has vesico-ureteral reflux of infected urine &, if so, what needs to be done to protect her kidneys. Her primary physician or a pediatric urologist can sort this out.
