Persistent uti: You may need evaluation to rule anatomic cause of uti. A urologist may be helpful.

Other cause: A UTI or urinary tract infection is a specific diagnosis. If you are having urinary symptoms- burning, frequency etc, . That is most common from a uti, but vaginal infection or some other internal problem can irritate the bladder and cause symptoms. If this has gone on for a month it is time to check it out.
