Doesn't sound bad: Healthy people can get various bumps in the genital area. It might be nothing more than a pimple or a simple cyst. Most likely it's unrelated to the bump under your arm. But since you're nervous and uncertain, see a doctor about both symptoms. Most likely neither is serious. Good luck!
