Normal: Its completely normal to see stool in the RLQ. It doesn't mean it is built up in that location, more likely passing through. Constipation may or may not be contributing to pain, but the role of the ER is to rule out potential emergent causes. Now you need to follow up with your regular doctor (or GI) to assess for less emergent causes.
