Depends : If the child is responding and behaving normally otherwise & is not drowsy &has a normal gait, not having these symptoms for too long then give him Tylenol (acetaminophen) &observe for a few hours. If he continues to get more severe headaches and some of the symptoms written above appear take him to urgent care right away. If the headache persists without the other symptoms) for long have him see his doctor.
