My daugthter is 11months old with flat head at the back and left side with right side popping out, will her head round about? and when

Depends: By the time baby is spending more of her time upright & not laying down, gravity is no longer aggravating the process as much & it has a chance to round out. If the skull is visibly distorted, shifting one ear& part of the face forward as seen from above, a specialized helmet can be worn to help speed the reshaping. Most become un-noticeable with time & as hair thickens.

Positional changes : In skull shape are cosmetic & have no impact on development. Premature closure of a skull "suture, " the space between skull bones, can be associated with some syndromes or be an isolated finding in an otherwise neurotypical, healthy infant. Based on physical findings, your pediatrician will be able tell you if anything, like a ct scan, is necessary to look for premature closure of a suture.
