More Info needed: Pinching is not usually a sign of Cardiac Disease. A mildly dilated heart is also an incomplete description. NL Heart size has some dependence on your size. If your heart is truly dilated you need to find out why and need a cardiology consult.

Physicals done by 4 ER docs for chest pain in last 4 mths & they all say anxiety- EKGs, Chest Xrays, Ultrasound of heart & gallbladder, lots of bloodwork on heart & blood clots each visit. Normal results every time, most recent visit 3 wks ago.

Clear EKG (6 times), Chest Xray, Echo, Stress Test, Endoscopy (small ulcer), Ultrasound - Still chest pain and shortness of breath, even hard to sleep. Worried it is still my heart. Lungs sound good. Really just tired of all pain.
I got blood work done and potassium was 6.2, I also got an EKG and a heart ultrasound (later that day) and these were totally normal except for sinus tachycardia of anxiety inducing origin. Does this mean potassium was a false high?
