I just received Medrol (methylprednisolone) for my arthritis and I have been taking ZZZquil to sleep at night cause I cant shut my brain off! can I take those together?

Yes: High doses of cortisone often keep people awake. You may try ZZZquil and hope it works. In such instance, I'd not hesitant to provide my patients with a few sleeping pills when placed on high-dose cortisone treatment.
