Yes: Most probably your insomnia is due to the methylprednisolone, so take it in the morning. Try to space Azithromycin, take it at night, and the methylprednisolone in the am, as they may interact, all the best

Insomnia, Xanax (alprazolam): It seems that you have sleeping problem before taking methylprednisolone and z-pack which could be due to Anxiety for which you have taken Xanax (alprazolam). Methylprednisolone may cause insomnia Xanax (alprazolam) is not a medication for sleep. By relieving anxiety, it can help sleep.
