If no better soon>Dr: Assuming you haven't had any previous chronic bowl problems it's possible you may have a mild viral gastroenteritis. But that might not explain your LUQ pain. If the problem doesn't resolve over the next few days (I hope it does), or if the pain is significant, you need to be seen by a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
