Grief: Suzy3 ~ let me say how sorry I am for your loss. This is a very tough time and what you are feeling is normal. But dont tough it out alone. Ask your doc to refer you to an appropriate psychotherapist you can relate to, to see for a few sessions so you can talk it out and offer advice and some coping mechanisms.Its normal to feel this way, but dont tough it out ! It will get better! thx
