Possibly, but . . . : Anxiety can cause rapid breathing, which can result in tingling & numbness of face and extremities, etc. Additional symptoms could be present also. Of course there are additional possibilities, impossible to know without examining you. Please see your primary care doctor for a review of this problem, and any workup or treatment that might be indicated.
