Soap & water best,: possibly also apply some topical triple antibiotic & cover with a small band-aid daily to reduce bacterial concentration & ease/speed healing. Benzoyl peroxide (& other more expensive antibiotics) can be used to kill local bacteria. Localized salicylic acid (relative of aspirin) can be used as an exfoliant to help open blocked pores for black heads before they become an acneform cyst.
