What works most effectively to put on a pimple/boil after you pop it?

Do Not Pop it: Clean 3-4 times per day with peroxide and put an antibiotic ointment on afterwarsdthis should prevent infection. And you should not pop it on your own as this tends to increase the risk of infection.
