Less pressure: It's good you're being pro active and doing something to distract those pesky stressful automatic thoughts. Just remember, take it easy on the pressure you are using while coloring. Sometimes we are unaware of how tight we are gripping things i.e. Gripping the steering wheel too tight, clenching our jaws, or holding the crayon too tight. Relax! Take deep breaths, and become aware exerting pressure
