I've been on a long road trip and i had some makeup get into my eyes. i was unable to stop for many hours so i couldn't wash it. it burned. damage?

Unlikely: Makeup ingredients have been tested before marketing and they have a massive test with the millions of users out there. A little in your eye is not different than almost everyone who at some time or other gets a little in their eye. As long as your vision is fine and the eye is not staying red, then you should do fine.
