Some question : whether babies have true Frey Syndrome because they have transient flushing for 1-2 minutes, but not sweating, between the edge of the mouth & the ear when eating. However, in most countries, babies don't eat spicy, tangy or sour foods. In babies, it is usually harmless, requires no treatment & goes away on its own in time.
