Likely a varicocele,: nearly always of left testicle. It can sometimes cause pain & may contribute to reduced sperm production/fertility due to associated venous congestion & impeding capillary function within the testes. If you choose to treat/stop, best option is careful embolization of left renal veins via a catheter (removes head pressure & blood returns via right veins); much better than older surgical methods.
