See MD/Gastroenterol: Would need further details such as medical history, medications, other symptoms/duration etc but would seek medical attention or Gastroenterology specialist if recurrent or persistent. Happy to consult as would need more details. Be sure ruled out pregnancy, urine infection, gall bladder/liver/pancreas disease, peptic ulcers - tried empiric treatment with stomach medicine?

Nocturnal vomiting: Do you go to bed with a completely empty stomach with no food for several hours before bedtime? Have you had a barium swallow fluoroscopic exam to see if you have a hiatal hernia that becomes problematic when you are supine? Do you vomit food particles or only liquid material? Your gastroenterologist would probably have asked these questions and ordered the supine barium swallow fluoroscopic exam
