I am on zoloft and wellbutrin (bupropion) but want to take some supplements aswell like vitamin d, would supplements and the medication work together?

Yes: I advise everyone take a quality multiivit & extra vit D in fall/winter months (year-round if you don't get much sun). Most adults need about 5000 iu of D3/day. I advise those with depression take fish oil & the L-5-MTHF form of folate (folic acid).These will increase benefits of meds.

Yes: There should be no contraindication with vitamins and these medications.
