i am taking 50 mg zoloft, (sertraline) .5 mg klonopin, omega 3 supplement and vitamin b complex to manage my ocd. i also drink coffee. is this a safe combination?

Yes, but minimize: stimulants--even coffee--as these can make OCD Sx's worse.

Klonopin/Zoloft: Some sedation can occur from both zoloft (sertraline) & klonopin, depending on the dose, otherwise seem ok. Double check with your doctor.
