No: The likelihood of being pregnant despite negative blood & urine tests is negligible. While you didn't mention your menopausal status, it's even less likely for 57yo women to become pregnant, certainly, not after menopause. Average age of menopause is 51yo although some women still menstruate regularly past that time. More common cause of weight gain is imbalance btwn nutrition & physical activity.
