Back pain: If you have no weakness and no urinary symptoms you can use over the counter pain meds as tolerated for a short duration. If you have any weakness then you should make a virtual appointment to discuss further. You can also use hot or cold compress and pain relief patches. Bulging disc may not of significant unless associated with symptoms like you are having which is numbness aka nerve damage
