Might b slushie: Certainly possible this is from the slushie. It is not typical for strep throat to be associated with bloody stools. We need 2 look into your abdominal pain however. If persistent you need to be seen!

#40 red dye: The red slushes most likely contain a lot of #40 red dye, a food additive that can color your poop & in some will cause diarrhea. I would use something without food dyes to hydrate & see your doc if the pain persists.
