Check with doctor: If you're asking can citalopram be taken with aripiprazole to help you sleep, you should discuss with prescribing doctor who knows you best. These meds can be taken together but require close medical supervision. I hope this helps and you feel better.

Careful monitoring: there can be a place for antidepressants with antipsychotics as long as you have your doctors permission and he monitors you cloely to make sure there isnt activation. Sleeping pills might also be useful as long as its done this way
