I have been experiencing back pain and i had an x ray done and it shows my lumbar curvature is slightly straightened. what does this imply? and is it harmful to me?

Spine curve: This usually means that you have mainly a muscular cause of the back pain. When muscles are in spasm they alter the curvature of the spine.
