See your doctor: or a dermatologist when they are present, so that they can be properly diagnosed and treated. They may be "pimples", but they may be a contact or irritant dermatitis, or a bacterial infection.

See your doctor: I presume that these pimples don't itch but pimples at the buttock only are unlikely to be the usual form of acne. It is best to get examined.
