Abd pain: At this point f/u with doctor. May be gastritis with w/o H pylori a bacteria, may be food intolerances ,gallbladder. inflammaotry bowel, rarely Whipples, Avoid fatty foods ,smoking, caffeine, alcohol spicy foods, sodas may need prevecid or ranitidine
