Lymphatic fluid: Your body has a bunch of lymph nodes throughout it and they are connected by a bunch of small vessels similar to veins through which flow lymphatic fluid. When you "popped" your pimple you first pushed out some pus, then some blood and finally some lymph which is usually described as straw colored.
