Constipation: I would make sure that you are drinking enough water. Water will make your stools softer. Also, you need to increase your fiber in your diet by eating more fruits and vegetables. I would try this first before trying a daily medication.Try doubling the intake of these things and see if that makes a difference. If not, discuss with your primary doctor to see if a cause and treatment plan can be done
