Need more info: Unfortunately some questions need to be asked before we can answer. In general if you still have a non Union then non weight bearing is preferable. If the non Union has resolved according to your doctor then increasing your activity is a great idea but only to your comfort level and that of your doctor. If the non Union persists you may require some more aggressive intervention .
